For those keepers that are afraid of diving cause of getting hurt, you can wear some.padding underneath and tape your wrists and ankles. not talking American football as that will weight you done but more the ones power forwards in basketball use, that have foam side pads you can wear it underneath your long sleeve jersey and will cushion you in impact i did this when i played. After i switched to basketball but i want to get back into keeping in really rusty. Although if yiu dive without proper technique an injury will come from there to this day i stil lfear diving a bit its the main reason i was a backup in highschool. But now as inplay in pickup im trying to get better
